Coping after Destruction

I wish i could tell you
that im alright
I wish  that were the truth
but its not.

i am coping
in the best way?
absolutely not
but im managing to breathe everyday

it was destructive what we went through
even if it looks like im over it and alright
im not.
i am forcing myself to be ok.

so long answer short
im somewhat ok, but my light is definitely gone.
