The routine

You engulfed my fire
dowsed it in amphetamines

blue block pastels
draped our carcasses
as i broke your ego
down into eatable pieces

Cracking open my skull to prevail

hoping you dont realise
my fingers are just simple patrons
to your establishment
and they have to pay off a bar tab
