In the city;
Delighted hands clap,
Jubilant feet dance,
Blissful voices sing,
Enchanted hearts rejoice,
Bowed knees revere,
Avid tongues confess
The glory of the King.

Outside the city;
Tormented voices wail,
Anguished hearts fear,
Bowed knees tremble,
Begrudging tongues confess
The glory of the King.
