Hiding pain
its all a lie the smile the laughs its all something I must fake.
I must hide it I can not scream I can not cry I must not show anything.
I keep it locked away in a place where it must stay and never surface.
no matter how much I feel pain I can never show it for if I do I will brake.
I must learn to stand it no matter how much it hurts.
each and eveyday I must smile and never show a single tear.
no matter what i feel i must hide it away and smile each and everyday .....

I can understand what you're talking about, I've been there too. I am there. I might always be here. I like it, I like how open it is. No code, no metaphor, no simile, no round about way of putting. Simple, and straight to the point. I want to see more like this :)

Nice poem...sentiments are distorted in their expression.
Whilst we cannot always fight something head on it is essential that we do something to make the balance otherwise the bullies win.
