A Day to Remember

Theres a simple day
just one in paricular that differs from the rest
the day I met you
I kept that day close to my heart
just in case I have to remember back to the past
im gonna take the Delorean back in time
cause I can't live without that smile
it makes me know everythings okay
just atleast for the day.

The day we met, I remember those eyes
Brightest shade of the color possible
I could of never imagined something more simple
simple but beautiful at the same time
I could never forget who introduced us
I will have to repay him later
but for now I'm gonna keep thinking of you
and wishing you were near.

I would run the world just to find you
through dusk or dawn

The day we met was truly eye opening
I don't want to go back now
