Why'd you have to leave that way?
Why'd she have to take you away?
Now all I have left is a picture frame.
So I sit and stare into blinded eyes...
They take me to a place I'd rather be.
Back into your arms where no one could harm me.

All the memories flash of a life I used to know
So beautiful
So stubborn and full of life
My eyes always lit at your sight.

Everyday was something new with you...
Now my days grey and blank

You tried to take her pain away
You showed her the way
Tried to save her from a fathers infatuation
Yet it was you she betrayed...
It was you she lead astray.

She gave you an enlightenment of isolation
One look and you could see she was full of jade
You saw her through her darkest days
So she drowned you in sorrow
She didn't even think to give you and I one last day

Why'd she have to take you away?
Why'd she deminish fate?
Why do my memories of you just fade?

I sit here looking into this frame
Thinking of the one who took my brother
The bullet in my hand reminds me of what she did to you...
I muffle my screams within
But, they bleed from my eyes and stain my cheeks
So ill ask one last time.
Why...
Why did she take both of our lives that day but, leave me here on Earth to stay?
