Moments Like This...

Her smile radiates with the light of the full moon at night.
Bright but yet soft to my eyes.
I feel her head gently lie on my shoulder.
Her cold nose nuzzles into my neck.
Her fingers slowly slide between mine creating an intricate puzzle.
They perfectly fit.
Silence ensues creating a new and delicate world of our own.
Just us.
I shatter it with the smallest of whispers.
"I love you."
She slowly lifts her head and I gaze in her eyes.
Vivid green with electric blue.
Like a tractor beam, they pull me in.
Our lips touch.
Time stands still but yet my heart speeds up.
Supposedly all good things must end but we?
Never.
