Cultivation Queen versus cat crap and insects
I have a very GREEN thumb and love plantszzzzz and gardens, but so do the neighbors cats and zillions of insects.. I have daily wars trying to keep both of them off my lawns and garden. I've paid my grandchildren for 3 years to take all the yard snails and throw them to my turtle in the pond. I personally killed hundreds upon hundreds over the years by leaving beer in bowls all summer to drown them. Come to find out, those were the good snails that eat the bad snails and insects. I put massive amounts of caiyan pepper in my plants which only fazed the insects and cats for 1 day. I planted garlic because it is a natural insect and animal repellant. The insects migrated to the areas without garlic and the cats ate the garlic. I've used repellants and soaps and high pressure washes on my plants and yard (many didn't survive it). I have run cats off by chasing them with the lawn mower, spraying them with the water hose, put chicken wire on the lawn cause cats don't like to step on it.. I hide behind bushes to scare the cats off and kill bugs while I'm hiding. We have scorpians in our area along with Tarrantulas that live in our yard. I love tarrantulas and pick them up and carry them to safety. We have Vinigerones, snakes, black widows, brown recluse, fire ants, huge yard cockroaches, giant huge blue black wasps that lay eggs in my poor tarrantulas and the larve feed off of them. You have to burn them to kill them, they will sting you after you chop their ugly heads off. I broke my toe with a 5 lb rock while trying to kill a wolf spider with an egg sac on her back while it was running at me. Phew!!!!! God I have fun.. I could go on forever. But I won.t. And that is a day in my life
