From on high, God announces it is forbidden to taste
But with vision of greats Eve takes to the villain's embrace
Alas, she falls to the serpent's guile and fervent smile
Instantly, her acting changes in an urgent style
Enlightened, but been frightened, she reaches to Adam
Stating reasons for action and treasonous maxims
Adam sinks teeth into fruity flesh, it's truly blessed
What embarrassment! Nakedness reigns, they want to be dressed
The two actors take into account the new factors
Don clothing and make a quick end of these nude chapters
As they wait, the scene becomes hushed in a simple ambience
A single audience, one watches, with god's fearful tardiness
The two know what's next, with mild stage fright they stand stage right
But God is out of place and in haste hits a stage light
With a crash of glass, they all watch the plight aspire
They scream; a frightful quire, the scene becomes alight; on fire
The flames attack with a demoniacal vengeance
The devil's undeniable presence grows sizeable tensions
Fast, the cast escapes in a rushed evacuation
Adam and Eve barely clothed - flushed emancipation
Heated words exchanged, they struggle to calm their heathen nerves
All actors act honestly as the Garden of Eden burns
