Screams and yells from deep inside the fighting
The yelling, the darkness inside.
Anger is building although is building although its been gone.
Like a volcano ready to explode.
Calmness and light to find one's peace.
Blessings of love from goddess above.
Patience is wearing oh so very thin,
as hostility and anger comes from within.
Waiting, simmering ready to explode
Remembering the calmness the sounds of the ocean
Waves crashing,the cold of the water.
Breeze flowing in your face.
A calmness,peace soon sets in.
How I love the feel of the sand.
The cool touch of the water
The breeze in my face
so mote it be
So Blessed Be.
