Garden Of Me
Veins like rope, bending to the movement
So weak, I could take on the world
Then I'll tie them into a noose
And leave you hanging in the sun
Nerves like exposed wires
So numb, I could finally feel
Sending signals to a dead end
A nowhere place in between skin and bone
Eyes like mirrors, making me a shapeshifter
So beautiful, they'll crack
14 years to life for your looks that kill
Luck has nothing to do with it
Hands like a great frost brewing
So warm, I could freeze your heart
Made to stay until spring melts me
No magic will keep me here
Heart like a broken metronome
So quiet, ears bleed
Keeps in time with the moans of the lost
Making their way to the final sundown
Mind like a lamented wasteland
So sad, I could laugh
Shed your tears and watch it grow
Into a garden of me
So weak, I could take on the world
Then I'll tie them into a noose
And leave you hanging in the sun
Nerves like exposed wires
So numb, I could finally feel
Sending signals to a dead end
A nowhere place in between skin and bone
Eyes like mirrors, making me a shapeshifter
So beautiful, they'll crack
14 years to life for your looks that kill
Luck has nothing to do with it
Hands like a great frost brewing
So warm, I could freeze your heart
Made to stay until spring melts me
No magic will keep me here
Heart like a broken metronome
So quiet, ears bleed
Keeps in time with the moans of the lost
Making their way to the final sundown
Mind like a lamented wasteland
So sad, I could laugh
Shed your tears and watch it grow
Into a garden of me
