One Second to Loose - Forever to Gain
Even the people who never frown eventually breakdown .
Slam their knees to the ground ;
punch and pound
on the things that have caused them this pain .
It can take one second to loose ,
but forever to once again gain .
Maybe it's true
or I could be insane ,
but this life could be as scary as a crashing plane .
