Shadow Stroll
Strolling Shadow
Again she goes out for a stroll,
Everyday a different sight
But by the end of the night
Solitude starts taking its toll.
She longs for a friend,
She yearns for laughter,
Some warmth until the end,
Sadly she’ll never have a
Happily ever after.
She’s been dead for years
When they first stepped
into the morbid scene
Many were shocked and in tears.
Never sure of her goal,
She faced her fear like a coward
By jumping into the ignited coal
Soon her body by the flames was devoured.
Another night and another stroll…
Again she goes out for a stroll,
Everyday a different sight
But by the end of the night
Solitude starts taking its toll.
She longs for a friend,
She yearns for laughter,
Some warmth until the end,
Sadly she’ll never have a
Happily ever after.
She’s been dead for years
When they first stepped

Many were shocked and in tears.
Never sure of her goal,
She faced her fear like a coward
By jumping into the ignited coal
Soon her body by the flames was devoured.
Another night and another stroll…
