Touch
Your hands feel like eternity as one moment blends into another
I am lost in the shape of your face
contoured continuum
where a placing of the hand knows every inch of its home
Fingertips have memorized every line
the trace of your lips
Each strand of hair lulls the skin into peaceful poetry
Eyes love what they see
countless sighs that have transposed
from one soul to another
What passes could never compare
to whats always yet to come
Even with no words between us I hear your heart speak
Each line a quiver on my heart
You shake my core with a single touch
I am lost in the shape of your face
contoured continuum
where a placing of the hand knows every inch of its home
Fingertips have memorized every line
the trace of your lips
Each strand of hair lulls the skin into peaceful poetry
Eyes love what they see
countless sighs that have transposed
from one soul to another
What passes could never compare
to whats always yet to come
Even with no words between us I hear your heart speak
Each line a quiver on my heart
You shake my core with a single touch
