cosmos and quaters.

underneath the stars tonight. i cry, i fight. high in flight, you are. but where must i search to find you? you've dissipated from my view.
by and by the moon. her face mocks my gloom, her craters speak many truths. and as i stare at the sum the equation comes clear. a bystander, on her own I was when you came along. singing songs of love, despair and I claimed to repair all these rhythms that you've kept, and riddles you left.
hung from threads of chitin the person i've been. and this blood that runs within. it craves another end.
