A plea for love
God please tell me why you are putting me through this test?
Am I not too old to go through this once again?
My heart is in pain after been torn apart once,
I don't want this to happen again.
As he walked out on me,
I give up all rights to love again
It has been three years and
now my heart is healed.
Why does my heart starts beating suddenly for someone else?
A stranger for which I know nothing about.
I love him but it's too late,
for he has somebody else by his side.
I cannot go through this once again,
my heart is fragile as butterfly wings,
I wish I could tell him this,
but I ignore him when he was in love with me.
I just want to tell him sorry for all the things I did to him,
but it's too late,
he is already gone.
God please give me a second chance,
I will be brave,
I will forget the world and all the sorrows,
I just want to tell him sorry and how I feel.
