MAGA intentionally ignores those first three words that say...WE THE PEOPLE.
Or they think it only applies to Caucasians, when the fifth amendment specifically uses the word..."person", without establishing any other criteria, racial or otherwise. Only a racist conservative could fuck up that interpretation, or a Tory, I suppose.
