Not suffering alone (PTSD)

When we are under a heavy load of stress, it will take a more deeper hold upon the mind and soul, sometimes taking you where you've been and gone through this cycle of life. For sure we sometimes, have to reevaluate our own personal thoughts, on a time ⌚ in our lives that the damage has, already been done. Mentally and physically and emotionally, draining us slowly as it begins to take us back in time. When we were in a a foreign country fighting in war zone, fighting in a war zone that is not our war to be fighting for the freedom of it's own people's. YET still there is a down side, to the deepness of the madness and chaos and drama, of disturbing images that will never leave the mind and heart and soul. YET sometimes when we return back to the states, we will have an outer body experience that sometimes stays with some of us, those who know with night dreams of death and destruction with tons of bodies, gathering in the streets of dead corpse of blood flowing through the villages 🤔 that can't be recognize as once being streets of life and love and happiness and dreams.🤔
