Maybe as smoke signals
Or like a desperate cry
Vanishing verses
And they are diluted in the wind.
Lyrics that pretend to be poetry
But they get lost in the waves
They go down the river,
Flood the valleys.

For not yet being free
Their recipient evades them
Frustrated wander without
