life after love
Life after love,
Is such a dreadful thing,
You will never forget,
The pain it can bring.
Such a lonely existence,
On the edge of sanity,
What you truely feel inside,
No one can see.
Your body goes numb,
Your heart goes cold,
Friends trying to reach you,
Gets quite old.
They say they get it,
But they don't understand,
They say they'll walk with you,
Hand in hand.
They'll only leave,
They always do,
You feel irrelevant,
Like they've forgoten you.
You feel alone,
As if no one could care,
You paint on a smile,
You wish you weren't there.
You find a blade,
Put it to your skin,
Make a cut,
So that the end may begin.
Life after love,
Its a short one indeed,
For love is something,
We all need.
Is such a dreadful thing,
You will never forget,
The pain it can bring.
Such a lonely existence,
On the edge of sanity,
What you truely feel inside,

Your body goes numb,
