Eat prey, fuck

Prey…
Not pray. Interesting.

A friend of mine gave me eat pray love to borrow.  I feel obliged to read it, and this idea occurred to me while doing so.  The book is good.

Yes. It is. But it’s
Eat, PRAY, love.
Not prey….

Get what I’m saying?

I don't think so.  I spelled it how I meant and she spelled it how she meant, because we mean different words.  Anything more and you need to explain for me.

I guess I do get the meaning of your poem as you intended. Still interesting to me though.
Using “prey” as in the object of your desire is your prey or that you would prey on the object of your desire.
Never took you (including your lower half) to be that sort of man, that’s all. Thank you for clearing that up for me.

It is the testosterone in men.  It tells people to fight or fuck, . The poem is an attempt to help explain why so many men still act like cave people and we cannot as a species get beyond war and other really incredibly stupid shit.  You can call it unfortunate, but it is natural and got us evolved enough to get here, so there is survival value in testosterone.  The problem is that many people don't know shit even about themselves and they cannot control whether or not they decide to fight or fuck someone.  I have developed my upper brain and have such control.  I still feel like fighting simeti, but I don't.  I absolutely feel like fucking a lot, but I can control myself around women without assaulting anyone.  
Maybe that was a lot to ask of my readers with such a short poem, but I don't mind leaving some things open to see how hard a reader will try.  

What an awesome twist on that book, made me smile.
To me it can be read in two ways: "eat prey" and eat, prey.

Since I don't pray I'm going for prey ;-)

This is a commentary on testosterone and what it drives people to do.  It encourages us to fight or fuck.  I am also reading the book.  Put it all together and we arrive at this imperfect poem.  Thank you for reading and commenting!!
