Shadows between pages in the archives
writing from the dark side of candlelight
from the maze with my haunting analysis  
uncensored threshold. Pondering mortality
and morbid fascination with clichés
as my quill grows legs and wanders over
the scars of our choices. Obscurity defines
the labyrinthine eyes that scan these settled
qualms, stoking the blaze in a welter of haze
