In beauty
I rest in beauty, in the light
For now clothed in serenity
I feel a truth deep in my heart
It is the truth I longed to see
I screamed and suffered, hurt and cried
I longed for peace, I longed for love
Until I found it deep within
For we are all gifts from above
Each one a star, a giant risen
An endless possibility
The world needs truth, truth from within
The truth that only you can see
I rest in breath, and feel I live
In ways much deeper than I have
I know forevermore my path
Quietly to the light of day
And there's just one thing left to say:
In gratitude I'll walk the path
In gratitude for this, my way

It's not like I need nothing else than to just sit/lay down and breathe. Of course there are many other things in my life as well. But my breath is what connects me to life, my breath and the willingness to accept whatever life will bring me. Whatever else happens in my life, I am grateful I came to this place.

Achieving peace is the most beautiful and important thing anyone could ever dream of. And the best part is- one doesn't even realize that this is all we needed.
