My Dearest Downer,
You are everything good in this world
I ache to curl up
Under your quick heart
Right between your slow lungs
Be with you forever
And I wish to hold you until you scream
Telling me I am suffocating you
Because you are the first person I believe
Who won’t disintegrate with my touch
You have the softest eyes
They have charcoal marks in them
And a kind smile
That I always try to see
I think I have you engraved in my brain
In my heart
My forearm
You are apart of me
I have no way
Of describing the song that plays
In my chest when I think of you
It’s a very beautiful song
It is my favorite song
You are my favorite song.
I ache to curl up
Under your quick heart
Right between your slow lungs
Be with you forever
And I wish to hold you until you scream
Telling me I am suffocating you
Because you are the first person I believe
Who won’t disintegrate with my touch
You have the softest eyes
They have charcoal marks in them
And a kind smile
That I always try to see
I think I have you engraved in my brain
In my heart
My forearm
You are apart of me
I have no way
Of describing the song that plays
In my chest when I think of you
It’s a very beautiful song
It is my favorite song
You are my favorite song.
