I’m scared
I am full of fear
I am full of guilt and shame
Full of anger
Sadness
I don’t know why
I feel so much
I am sorry
For being a tornado
I am good at silence
Sitting in it
I know it
Just because I can’t speak
Doesn’t mean I don’t want you to stay.

My dear friend, your strength lies in your ability to not remain silent. Speaking is more than words. It’s in how you carry yourself, the acts of service you do, your poetry, everything. The people who have you in their lives by choice do so because you are you, your “silent moments” and all. It’s okay. Keep doing you💕
