My cerebral cortex is a catacomb of cryptic thoughts
A labyrinthine odyssey through the recesses of my mind's vault
The synaptic fissures are a maze of convoluted design
A cartography of cognitive dissonance, where sanity's hard to define
My lexicon is a lexicon of lugubrious lamentations
A thesaurus of tortured tropes, and melancholic narrations
The phonetics from my throat are a fusillade of futile fears
A cacophony of crescendoing chaos, through a prism of tears
My consciousness is a canvas of kaleidoscopic despair
A fresco of fractured fantasies, and futile attempts to repair
The schisms in my psyche are a symphony of shattered dreams
A requiem for reason, in a world that's lost its themes
In the depths of my dementia, I find a strange serenity
A solace in the silence, a refuge from reality's brutality
For in the darkness, I am free, to embrace my own demise
And in the nothingness, I find a voice, to scream my sorrow to the skies
