I have been angry with you
For a while now
Even though what you did
Wasn't that serious

Yet you hurt me
And I let an ocean
Come between us
Because I couldn't tell you

Days turned to weeks
Weeks to months
And I kept smiling to you
And you didn't notice the cracks

So I started looking
For somebody else
To share a word with
To fill up my days

And all of this
Because I was too scared
To tell you how I felt
Scared of loosing you

Yet in the end
I pushed you away
I was a coward
