I feel your pain, girl. I may not have adhd but I def have a bunch of voices that never seem to want to shut the hell up. Ive spent so many nights laying with my head on the pillow wishing for some damn quiet, so I can get some sleep. Ive pretty much gotten to the point where I don't even bother anymore until I literally start nodding off from being too tired. Thats when Ill finally lay my head down to go to sleep. Very frustrating, to say the least. Very relatable piece for me. Wishing you good luck on falling asleep.
