The Rose of Raven de Cyrano

By De'Nyghtshade

Dear love, I shall crumble in my own filth to be clean with my simple rhyme. As I'm breathing the heathen within my favour to love you. Damage as I am no more - Raven de Cyrano

My love. My deepest Lady.

I'm your Cyrano

Not your tormented Romeo

Or should I declare to decline

With a glass of fine wine

My tears are the roses

Simple and fair.

Please caress a lock of your hair

For me to grasp in your favour

My sword is the rose I hold

Hiding in the flesh

In plain sight. As I dream of you

With my tears. Of loving you

I fought hundreds of men

To caress your lips

My poetic soul is no longer

Be ignored. As I'm knocking on your

Door. Over again

As my heart seized to make

Love to yours. Beautiful you are

My rhyme has no dime

To buy you gifts of your liking

But my love is not lacking

Allow my swords to puncture your

The heart only to heal

With mine. Allow my lips to be divine

To Pierce your beautiful glance

Of your pale face so very fine

My love. My love

I'm so very hopeless sweet dove

As my tears of a rose

I await no longer to express

My heart

Tears of this Rose are mine

To you as I shall die with my last verse

Would you kiss me

Just for awhile

To end this love affair

With my heart bears

None existent. As I weep

I love you. I love you

Knowingly I'm not worthy
