Sunshine and walking in the rain .

To feel arms that want to hold you .
To be kissed and feel it .
To be missed and appreciated.
To be smiled at in that secret way
It’s you and me against the world.
To adore a face and a voice as they
say your name and you miraculously
hear it miles away .
To think about them and wonder if
they are thinking about you at the
same time.
To watch the clock tick tock until the
end of the day no more work with
them it’s just play .
These little things all encompass the
many aspects of love .
How euphoric it is to find someone who
makes you happy and you them .

Love truly is insane how can you try to explain
an entity that has a name but has no logical reasoning . It’s a bit of anarchistic phenomenon it doesn’t abide by rules it can’t understand what they are for. In life love wants to be the mysterious creator of all the unseen and be one thing  money can not buy . It’s guaranteed to take people by surprise. On a merry go round of first kisses and the last touch of a hand never forgotten. It’s a nurturing fertiliser that grows over time with tender loving care it needs patience and compromise and sunshine and walking in the rain with  two people who treat it as new even when it’s old and grey .
