Welcome to the Party
Chapter 16

Ephus quickly removed his shirt to calm Serket's fears. "I do not wish to make you afraid, my Serket," He told her.

"It is not fear, hus...husband, I am excited for the first time. I have been so afraid for so long; it has always hurt. As my sisters have told me, it will not be like that with you. They praised your skills; they said you excelled at this lovemaking." Serket whispered excitedly

Ephus's eyes were wide at this praise. He'd heard them say that he was a good lover, though nothing as long these lines.

Serket quickly looked up to see Ephus's chest; immediately, she felt a warm tingling between her legs. She'd thought it before, though nowhere as strong as this. "Husband, I am afraid I have always been hurt when this was done to me."

Ephus reached for Serket, softly caressing her face, and a sigh escaped her lips. "I do not wish to hurt you, my Serket. As with your sisters, that is something that I will never do."

"Thank you, husband. I am only afraid of the act for the first time, though nowhere as much as before." Serket whispered as she lay back on the bed.

"May I?" Ephus asked as he touched Serket's attire.

In an excited, whispering voice, Serket said, "Please, husband!"

Ephus nodded as he slowly started to remove Serket's attire. The whole time, Serket was trembling, leaning into Ephus. When she was naked, Ephus drew in a startled breath, "So beautiful."

A huge smile appeared on Serket's face. "Thank you, husband, you are also beautiful."

A slight shocked look came to Ephus's face, "beautiful? No, my dear Serket, I have never associated that term with myself." Ephus said as he gently started to caress Serket's breasts.

"Ephus!" Serket suddenly shouted.

Even as Serket started trembling, Ephus leaned in to suckle gently, then nip lightly at her nipples. This, of course, had Serket nearly rise off the bed, her breath coming faster.

The whole time, Ephus had let his hands roam free, feeling Serket's skin, inching ever closer to the junction of her thighs. Ephus smiled as he could feel Serket's legs slowly open like a blooming flower.

Ephus finally reached the edge of her clit when she gasped, snapping her legs tight shut. Ephus had started to quickly remove his hand, afraid he had hurt or scared her when she grabbed his wrist, keeping his hand near her sex.

"I am sorry, husband; I trust you more than any other than my sisters, as I said before, though not nearly as much, I am afraid when I am with you. Please bear with me; your touch is doing things to me that I have never felt before." Whispered Serket.

Ephus held still, not wanting to cause more fear, letting Serket move when she was ready. A mere ten minutes later, Serket began to open her legs slowly. Then she was gently, slowly guiding his hand close to her opening.

Ephus thought he understood as he, very slowly, began to manipulate her sex gently. A look of shock and surprise dominated Serket's features, her mouth going into a surprised "O" shape, with a small whimper.

"I will not force you, my Serket; I will stop if that is your desire," Ephus told her as he slowly removed his hand.

Far faster than he'd seen her move before, Serket locked her hands around his, stopping its movement. "No!" Serket almost shouted, surprising them. "Please, do not stop."

Ephus nodded as he continued his ministrations, also starting to kiss his way lower from her taunt, pink nipples. He'd just reached the top of her clit, his hand still stimulating her when she started to buck and thrash.

Serket was surprised. Not only had there been no pain, but she also had an overwhelming feeling growing inside. Then, Ephus had started to kiss his way lower tenderly. Now, the overwhelming feeling was becoming all-consuming. At least it had 'til Ephus reached the top of her sex, setting off wave after wave of pleasure and warmth through her.

Again, she nearly threw Ephus off her as she bucked and thrashed, riding the waves of pleasure. Ephus could feel her sex start to flood his hand with her fluids.

In a shaky panting voice, Serret looked deep into Epus's eyes, "Take me, your wife; I wish to carry your child as my sisters have."

Ephus nodded as he kissed her sex tenderly, then moved up to kiss her passionately. Serket returned the kiss with equal enthusiasm, only slightly tensing up when she felt him at her opening.

As gently as he could, Ephus slowly started moving himself within her. No wonder she had hurt so bad, Ephus thought; he'd never felt any vagina as tight as Serket's. Not even the virgins from a few years ago.

Ephus tried to keep his movement as slow as he could; there was no way he would hurt her.

Serket had prepared for the pain she was sure would come. Her eyes snapped open when not only did Ephus not plunge into her, but he was going as slow as he could. For the first time, Serket could feel the pleasurable waves of pressure from before starting to build, with Ephus in her.

This was different, though, entirely different; it also felt far more urgent than before. The deeper Ephus slowly entered, the better she felt; disbelief showed on her face. She silently thanked her sisters for convincing her to go through with this.

It had taken more than a few minutes to fill her, and then Ephus was as still as he could be to let her adjust to his girth. Only when she moved a little did he slowly begin to pull back.

A small whimper escaped Serket's throat, and she felt empty as Ephus pulled back. Serket gasped as, nearly out of her, Ephus slowly pushed back in. By all the power of the realm! Was this indeed how it was supposed to feel?

Ever so slowly, Ephus could feel Serket's sex start to loosen slightly. Still holding a slow pace, I was about to drive Ephus mad. Finally, Serket wrapped her legs around Ephus when he was nearly out, pulling him deep in one quick motion.

Ephus looked deep into Serket's eyes, nodded, and started moving faster. Serket's eyes got large as another different wave of pleasure washed over her.

For a moment, Ephus thought he couldn't continue when Serket clamped down so tight he couldn't move. "My Ephus," Serket said dreamily, "is it always this way?"

"No, my Serket, at times, it can be better," Ephus replied.

"For so long, I have been afraid. I have been waiting for the day that it wouldn't hurt, that it wasn't just something to get through. Husband?" Serket asked, a little concerned. "Is it possible for us to do this again?"

A smile dominated Ephus's features, "as often as we can, my Serket."

An even broader smile came to Serket's face 'til Ephus started to move again, feeling his impending orgasm building.

Serket started to pant again; then she erupted into her second orgasm as she felt Ephus's hot seed flood her. Neither had noticed that they were floating off the bed 'til they started to return.

Serket giggled, "I guess we got a little carried away."

Ephus smiled, then suddenly threw his hands out as if there were a titanic explosion outside. Both of them were dressed in a moment and appeared outside.

Serket stood next to Ephus, a furious, almost seething look on her face. Upon seeing Ares standing there with a sword in his hands, she released a low, menacing hiss.

Ephus suddenly turned to stare at Serket, then slowly started to back away. Serket's skin was glowing, as were her eyes, which were zeroed in on Ares.

"You have interrupted our time together, a bad mistake. I ..."Serket started.

Ares let out a deep, menacing laugh. "I am unconcerned about you. You are a weak, shy piece of nothing," Ares laughed harder.

Ephus moved further from Serket as he started to shake his head. Damn, and here to think that he thought Ares had brains.

Ephus turned toward Ares, again shaking his head. "WEAK!" They heard Serket shout as a massive ball of energy shot from her toward Ares.

Ares laughed harder, swinging the sword toward Serket. His laughter suddenly died when the wave from the blade was canceled out and then consumed by the ball of energy! Ares didn't realize the fallacy of his confidence until he was struck and thrown back a good hundred yards.

Still hissing, her skin and eyes glowing brighter, she stared at the now-smoking Ares. "You will regret EVER interrupting us!" She released another, even more significant, more robust ball of energy.

Ares's face suddenly had an oh shit look on it as he tried to vanish. He was shocked when he couldn't; he braced himself, bringing the sword up.

This time, the energy ball struck the sword, dividing it, and then both halves melded, striking Ares. The effect was that all his clothes, skin, and hair were turned to ash.

Ephus laughed, "Still the dunce of war, though now more of a dunce! You look far better as fried as you are!"

"You'll pay for that insult, I will ... shit!" Ares said, then vanished, having seen that Serket had started to form an energy ball twice the size of the previous.

Ephus turned back to Serket. " My Serket," he started. "He is gone. Can you dissolve it?"

She was still seething, Serket toward Ephus, the massive ball of energy shimmering before her. Her face suddenly softened, and she stared in surprise at the enormous ball of energy.

"I am unsure, husband; if I release this, it could cause major death and destruction. I am unsure if I can control it." This last Serket stated in an almost whisper.

Ephus nodded his head in understanding. Reaching out, he tried to absorb some of the ball. His teeth and skin started to tingle, but he held on, slowly taking what he could.

Serket's eyes went large, and she had never seen any other god, let alone a godling, attempt to do what Ephus was. Then they went wider when she felt the energy ball start to shrink.

Seret watched what Ephus was doing, and an idea formed. Serket reached out slowly, drawing the ball's energy back within her. A sigh escaped her lips as she felt the energy slowly start to reverse, filling her.

Looking at Ephus, she started to draw it faster. When Ephus nodded to her, a small smile on his lips, she pulled faster. The ball was gone within moments, and Ephus fell to the ground.

Serket walked to Ephus, a concerned look on her face. "My Ephus, are you well, husband?"

Ephus silently looked up, "I am Serket; I need to remember and stay on your good side. You pack quite a wallop when you are angry."

A sly smirk appeared on her lips as she nodded, understanding. "As long as we can do that act again, I feel you won't have much to worry about."

Ephus looked at her closely, trying to determine if she was being truthful. A moment later, a hmm escaped his lips, and he nodded. "I hope that is the case, my Serket."

Not far away, two sets of misshapen eyes watched the entire exchange. Smiles had appeared on both their misshapen faces when Ares was deep-fried. The male looked at the female, an idea forming.

It just might work, he thought to his sister. The only problem is whether he will believe us.

That is a problem, plus Ares might still be able to 'hear' our thoughts.

Yes, though. Here, the brother looked at Serket and Ephus. It would be well worth it if it panned out.

Ephus jerked his head to the side when he heard the voice. After a few nods, he shook his head. Serket watched with concern.

A moment later, Ephus sighed and nodded. Turning to Serket, He said, "I have to go. We need to do this again, though. I do feel life is growing in you." Kissing Serket, Ephus vanished.

An indeed startled Serket could only stand there stunned. Reaching out, she placed her hands on her stomach, spreading a wide smile.

Ares appeared in his lavish cave again, falling to the floor as soon as he appeared. His semi-healed sons' mouths hung open as they saw the amount of devastation their father had suffered.

Deimos was the first to rapidly limp to where Ares had fallen. Extending his hands, he felt his energy reach out slowly, starting to heal Ares.

Phobos jumped up quickly, joining his brother, and they both made slow progress on Ares.

Ares was in far more pain than he'd ever been in. Had it not been for the pain, he knew he'd devise a brilliant plan to tear that bastard godling to shreds.

He couldn't believe the power of that wimpy little Egyptian goddess. Thinking through everything that happened, he remembered her words: 'You have interrupted our time together, a bad mistake.'

Ares nodded; that was why he'd attacked when he had. He had felt Ephus's power drop incredibly low. What in the hell was that Egyptian bitch goddess so mad about? She was getting poked, nothing like she was having pleasure.

Then, there was the amount of power she had displayed. Hell, it had been far higher than he remembered the wimpy goddess having. Plus, the fact that she was mad means that everyone knew that a goddess's power was less when she was angry, right?

When he was healed, he had to look at this again. He'd lost a few of his allies, including his sister. That one had hurt; he'd hated to tell her what he had, though it was the only way he thought to save her. As he'd heard, Ephus thought like a human, so Ares was sure he'd have destroyed Enyo.

Frustrated, he tried to growl, finding that his voice and throat weren't working. Anger seemed to pulse through his body, and his wounds started to heal far faster than they were.

Ares was barely able to open his eyes. He saw that both his beaten and bruised sons were there. Thankfully, he still had a few allies left, now to make a plan to rid the realm of that bastard godling.

With one arm almost entirely, Ares reached for the black sword. At least he still had that, which he considered the way to destroy the godling.

Enyo was terrified for the first time in her long existence. She was being held within the grand building in a mere normal cell. She'd tried numerous times to wink out to no avail.

A smirk covered her mouth when she thought of Ares, that son of a bitch brother of hers. She was utterly convinced that he intended for her to stay there as a prisoner after she had fought for him.

Then her thoughts switched back to the battle she'd had with Ephus. What in the hell had been that almost overwhelming compulsion? She never felt as she had when she fought him; even Ares hadn't stirred her like that.

A whoosh of power in front of the bars caught her attention. There stood Sekhmet, a sneer on her face. "So, I see that he is still pissed at you. I would love to more than destroy you, as I am sure the rest of his wives would."

Here, there were five more whooshes of power, such as Bast, Hathor, Maat, and Tefnut, and then a pissed-off Serket appeared. Sekhmet was about to go on when Serket walked to the cell.

"Were it not for husband Ephus, I would have hunted your brother down. He interrupted my time with my husband. Though I hurt him, I am still deeply angered by Ares. As sister Sekhmet said, were it not for husband Ephus, I would have destroyed you." A seething Serket hissed at Enyo, causing Enyo to back away at the ferocity in Serket's voice.

"You hurt him? GOOD! After the betrayal that he has done to me, I hope that all of you roast his ass!" A bitter Enyo spits out.

All six goddesses looked shocked. "He is your brother, how..." Serket started.

"Was is the word you are looking for. He left me to be destroyed and has not attempted to come for me. No, I am finished with him when I am worth nothing to him. You all have heard what he said. Does that sound like a brother? No, I think not," a visibly upset Enyo said.

Enyo paced the cell as the others tried to talk to her. The more they tried, the more frustrated she got.

Enyo suddenly stopped when she realized what Serket had said. "You said you hurt him?" She asked of Serket. "May I see?" Nodding, Serket touched Enyo's head, replaying everything from when they appeared until Ares vanished. "By father's power, I have never seen Ares that hurt and defeated before.

A slightly dejected Serket removed her fingers from Enyo's forehead. "I thought I had ended him when I hit him. I wasn't thorough enough. I know Ephus was proud of me; I could feel it; I wish I had done more."

"Huh, you did a considerable amount, as I see. As badly as Ares is hurt, I'd say it will be some time before we see him again. I know that until he has a plan to beat what you did to him, he won't appear much, if at all. Even his two sons won't be able to heal him faster."

This made the other five goddess's heads in the room snap up. They all wondered how he could heal as fast as he had, especially when hurt by the Eternal Nile Serpent.

"So," Bast said, stepping to the front of the others. "You'd be willing to help defeat your brother?"

Enyo looked from the others to Bast and back. A small smile formed on her lips, so the true leader of the bunch had appeared. Nodding her head, she saw that this one was far smarter than the rest.

Ephus was cautious as he approached the space where he'd agreed to meet. Stretching his hands, he felt around the two he'd decided to meet.

After nodding for a moment, he called out to them in his mind. Two dark shapes appeared in the shadows, then seemed to vanish. Shaking his head, Ephus brought his hands together, making both scream and appear.

"Alright, we believe it is you. We are here to strike a deal with you. A deal with you seems more amicable than with Ares."

Ephus slowly nodded, "True though, why in the hell would I do that?"
