The friend who cares
Dearest and most caring,
Your words are forever engraved,
In the depths of my heart.
Your words in my soul abide.
Your caring itself,
Keeps me alive.
You offer me warmth.
You give me friendship.
Both things I rarely see.
Are you an angel disguised?
Hath karma forgiven me,
And let you find me as a gift?
You know me,
The real me,
Better than anyone.
Yet you insist on caring?
Truly I say,
You are a gift from Mother!
You believe what I believe.
You share what I feel.
You are a wonder!
You uplift my soul and spirit.
You churn my heart,
And stimulate my mind.
Your colors have no speck of black,
From what I see.
You're ruly a blessing.
Your words are forever engraved,
In the depths of my heart.
Your words in my soul abide.
Your caring itself,
Keeps me alive.
You offer me warmth.
You give me friendship.
Both things I rarely see.
Are you an angel disguised?
Hath karma forgiven me,
And let you find me as a gift?
You know me,
The real me,
Better than anyone.
Yet you insist on caring?
Truly I say,
You are a gift from Mother!
You believe what I believe.
You share what I feel.
You are a wonder!
You uplift my soul and spirit.
You churn my heart,
And stimulate my mind.
Your colors have no speck of black,
From what I see.
You're ruly a blessing.
