The mirror is only capable of showing its beholder a picture of their own self-perspective inside of the single moments of their being in which they are "reflecting upon their reflection" – as creatures formed out of emotions, our receptions of our own selves images in the mirror can never be anything more than a one way street, and only provides us with "how the self are feeling about ourself." It can never show us what another individual sees, will see, or has seen when they themselves view our countenance. You will never see true reflections of your own eyes – what the world will see – other than in your mind's eye, looking outward. Looking forth. When we are looking in a mirror, we are simply looking "hither to." We must utilize the full force of our imaginations to see AROUND the mirror's reflection of "static" in the image you receive to yourself of your countenance.
Thanks for taking time to read and comment Em-ily. Appreciate that. Now if I had 5 or 6 more brain cells I'd be able to understand it! 😉 I'll read it over again and maybe about 4a.m it'll come to me. Funny because I always write simple stuff? To me anyway? Thanks Dan
