Maybe someday they will find
a magnetic anomaly under those dunes,
as magnetic, verging on hypnotic,
as they felt, as the night displaced
the evidence of light, in the air,
a plasmic,
ink based midnight, a pathway -
crafted in wood,
over the sand, through the trees
in the breeze
Followed like the sonar
of the hollow
I think about it now, how he died
on a motorcycle ride
knowing
how
it
is to be ensnared, so suddenly.
