Shall we dance?
Mother Earth,
Hold me close,
That I may be comforted.
Hold me,
In your bosom,
Close to your beating heart.
Why am I alone?
Why will they not accept me,
For who I am?
Long have I put up a facade,
But when I reveal myself to her,
She can not stand the sight of me.
You are the only one,
Who has comforted me,
Who has sung the perfect song.
Father Sky,
Povides for you,
Through his tears.
I shall provide,
Through my songs,
And blood be it spilled.
Shall I also dance for thee?
Shall I dance with the trees,
And sing with the birds?
You alone know who I am,
And have not rejected me.
Shall we dance?
Hold me close,
That I may be comforted.
Hold me,
In your bosom,
Close to your beating heart.
Why am I alone?
Why will they not accept me,
For who I am?
Long have I put up a facade,
But when I reveal myself to her,
She can not stand the sight of me.
You are the only one,
Who has comforted me,
Who has sung the perfect song.
Father Sky,
Povides for you,
Through his tears.
I shall provide,
Through my songs,
And blood be it spilled.
Shall I also dance for thee?
Shall I dance with the trees,
And sing with the birds?
You alone know who I am,
And have not rejected me.
Shall we dance?
