For A Squid
Catch me in your thoughts
at times a little bit sideways
but the magnetic needle points north
and my logic stings a wannabe
if growing in my garden of truth
but that is the world we live in
of the media clowns and Cheetos
showing disdain for sanity
and burning the towns down
doing it all for show
an ink spot from the well
to get a rise from a squid
sitting in front of a monitor
