Young kitten so frail and weak
I take you into my heart
So loving and meek
I run my hands through your fur
And giggle as you purr
Your my guardian
And my friend
He who watches over
The ones who sinned
Blacker than the night
I love I embrace
You force me to smile
When your whiskers brush my face
I love you my boy
Oh so very much
Even if you be my kitty
All ferocious and such
