mantras for acceptance
My body does so much for me.
It can look however it wants.
My body makes my home,
opens a door into the world;
it owes me nothing.
My body
is doing its thing.
My body
is in and of its own eyes,
perfect.
I burn incense here.
I declare unconditional acceptance.
Through my breaths,
my choices, and the days I build,
I choose to embrace
my body.
I offer work,
pleasure,
indulgence
and sacrifice
to release the purest form
of me,
the brightest, cleanest
energy -
to uncloud the wind that blows
me through this world.
All I shall seek
is balance.
I have everything I need.
It can look however it wants.
My body makes my home,
opens a door into the world;
it owes me nothing.
My body
is doing its thing.
My body
is in and of its own eyes,
perfect.
I burn incense here.
I declare unconditional acceptance.
Through my breaths,
my choices, and the days I build,
I choose to embrace
my body.
I offer work,
pleasure,
indulgence
and sacrifice
to release the purest form
of me,
the brightest, cleanest
energy -
to uncloud the wind that blows
me through this world.
All I shall seek
is balance.
I have everything I need.
