The zoo only had one giraffe it escaped
in the evening stood behind a phone pole trying to look inobtrusive
It worked since people had not expected to see a giraffe.
except, for curious dogs thinking it was a tree and peed on its feet.
I gave the animal an apple and took it home, I have a big garden
surrounded by tall hedges, but the giraffe was taller
Its head stuck over it was noticed.
The people from the zoo came, I refused to hand the animal over
it had escaped because it was unhappy.
The police came with guns at the ready, broke down the door
Pinned me to the ground and handcuffed me.
I was booked for being in possession of a wild animal.

and lived happily among the llamas blending in with the flock.
