If death was a game we'd all play
these thoughts get darker
voices louder
emptiness follows
blood in the shadows
I smile in your face
I act as though we are the same
I taste the metallic flavor of your game
we sit as the shadows get closer
you laugh as the dead wiggles under your fork
you love the taste of live pork
we hear the voices
i yell at my concrete rose
the shadows sit at our table
you pretend not to notice
all the while pissing on the floor
your eyes swell red
i hear the voices of the dead
they laugh within the dark
i look back to see your gone
i sit alone
at the table that was once your
i hear your voice a few steps away
i really do wish i never played the game
voices louder
emptiness follows
blood in the shadows
I smile in your face
I act as though we are the same
I taste the metallic flavor of your game
we sit as the shadows get closer
you laugh as the dead wiggles under your fork
you love the taste of live pork
we hear the voices
i yell at my concrete rose
the shadows sit at our table
you pretend not to notice
all the while pissing on the floor
your eyes swell red
i hear the voices of the dead
they laugh within the dark
i look back to see your gone
i sit alone
at the table that was once your
i hear your voice a few steps away
i really do wish i never played the game
