mindless
as gravity,
it reflects
how you live --
karma's simple
equation:
you get what
you give

though obvious
actions
are not always
the clue --
one must dig
for the reason
the fates
play with you

some hidden agenda
that guides
heart and mind,
some misguided notion
the soul needs to find,
some darkness we hold
is misfortune explained
and in it the map
to karma's gold vein
