Dear U,
I admit to a smirky chuckle in relating to my version of your poem. I envisioned complete tolerance and friendly relations with the butterfly. The butterfly who gives no trouble and just flies about its business. It’s the dang caterpillar causing complete consternation. Eye rolls and exasperated sighs with its bothersome behavior. I found I could call out a few names for this caterpillar. Great write. H🌷
