Always my friend
t]Dark street corners, roads with no lights
Empty classrooms, playground fights.
Always alone, never accepted
Nothing ever good enough
Everything done now regretted.
No parental guidance, to the law
Never showing obedience
Friends come and go
Like that of generational fads
Throwing away any chance that we
Might of had.
Craving stability, consistency
Just one.thing that's constant
Never changing always there.
Life is not fair, parents that dont care
So we do what we need to, to forget.
Self medicate, mutilate,
Emotions suffocate
Erase the evidence of our old self
Are only friend, our vice
Always on the shelf
Right where we left it.
Its there to hold our hand
As we once again
Jump into the deep end
With no water
Its loyalty is one that never waivers
It shows up evertime,
Without question and
Without wanting any favors.
Empty classrooms, playground fights.
Always alone, never accepted
Nothing ever good enough
Everything done now regretted.
No parental guidance, to the law
Never showing obedience
