The Beauty and Hate of a Bell Pepper
Beautiful when ripe
Eventually they will become rotten
Lately they haven’t been the best
Looking at them, they are nasty
Pretty good to eat when stuffed
Engraved with holes
Possibly one of my favorite foods
Perfectly good for an afternoon snack
Early morning munching is also lovely
Really delicious and really recommended to eat!

A truly beautiful and deeply moving analysis on the vegetable that is the bell pepper. Brought me to tears and to new realizations on the bell pepper. It also gave me new perspectives on my life and the universe in general.

Oh, to be a bell pepper. Bell peppers, though diverse in color and taste, have yet to discriminate based on their individual colors. From the viewpoint of a sentient being, I have been astonished by what this poem means for the world. Their attributions of ripeness and rottenness can also be viewed in humanity. Overall, the bell pepper can show more about humanity then we previously knew, and I'm impressed that you are the catalyst for this monumental realizations.
