This me is not the me I used to be
This me is the me I always should have been
The me I used to be I will never be again
The new me is the best me I've seen...

And although the old me brought this me to me
I'm happy to let that old me go
I'm more me now than I thought I could be
If you knew the me I used to be you'd know...

This me is not the me I once was
This me will not be that me no more
The old me has walked many a long path
Along the way passed through many closed doors...

I'm happy I'm the me that I've finally become
I finally reached my apogee
Funnily enough if it wasn't for the old me
This new me just could never be....

I'm sick to death of the me I used to be
