THE FAILURES OF BED THERAPY
The scene is played out
millions of time each day
around the globe.
Couples who fight like
proverbial "cats and dogs."
They curse each other;
belittle each other;
nag and taunt each other;
bring up past issues and sins;
smack each other around;
bring up negatives about
each other's children;
shame each other;
express hatred;
screaming and shouting;
daming and condemning;
threaten each other;
scream and shout at each other;
call the cops; take out restraining
orders; may play "see the counselor"
games, and much more.
In 90-plus percentage of these
cases a pause occurs in the
conflict with a trip to the bed.
After the real or pretended orgasm
expressed in a few seconds of
ejaculation, the conflict subsides
for a few hours, maybe a day,
the "War of Roses" starts again.
This time with more resentment.
WHY? Bed therapy doesn't
SOLVE the real issues in a
relationship. It is a negative
trap used only to fool self with
the old song of "But I love him or her."
Real truth and love are the keys;
when honestly practiced will bring about
change and healing; winning
over bed therapy most of the time.
