Twilight darkness
a swish of silk in twilight darkness
unveils the rose scented horizon
of sharing warm emotions
when we savor together
opalescent sweet dew
born from our
ritual union,
moment
to be
one.

Re. Twilight darkness
Sorry but I did not see this as being in even the tiniest bit erotic. And certainly not explicit in any way. I was disappointed.

As you like.
You'll find tons of 'erotic' poems going into descriptive details often to the degree I would describe them as 'word porn'.
I try to catch mental moods, if not understandable to everyone, doesn't matter to me.
Thanks for reading anyway.

Porn is porn. Erotic is erotic. This was neither, I felt. Maybe the error was to label it erotic?

Maybe the error lies with the reader.
Or maybe there isn’t an error at all. What is erotic to some is not to others. We each have our preferences and kink.

I think this is quite erotic and very well done. Let the readers do a little work! Let their mind be turned on and engaged! That is true erotic poetry, in my opinion. And you have done it well in this piece.
Also....formatting is great!
