Man of Glass
Fractures, tiny fractures. There's more every day
I can see them even when the sun isn't shining
Cracks and fissures. Watch as he crumbles away
He is suffering and they all crowd around imploring
He bends until breaking, pushing the pain away
His eyes are haunted and he can barely sleep
There are no comforts to give nor words to say
He is dying and we all are forced to see
I can see them even when the sun isn't shining
Cracks and fissures. Watch as he crumbles away
He is suffering and they all crowd around imploring
He bends until breaking, pushing the pain away
His eyes are haunted and he can barely sleep
There are no comforts to give nor words to say
He is dying and we all are forced to see
