I come here; I spill little but grief
You read, consume and leave positivity in the wake for me to see
when the river of chemicals between my ears runs dry
your words restore my faith in the 'I' that finds no rest in the bed tonight

We must be more conscious of what we do. Consuming is the act of producing rubbish.
