Life in China - 2020
Waiting and watching,
Could this be a real thing?
More than just a quirk,
Denial does not work.
The death toll rises,
Stay inside, advises.
People look surreal,
Life has lost its quaint zeal.
Tomorrow will come,
But for now I feel numb.
Activity stops,
And festivity flops.
Think of work and school,
So the worries won’t pool.
Coronavirus,
Leaves much desirous.
